There are many negative consequences of industrial animal agriculture, but perhaps none quite as bad as the global water shortage this type of farming has ushered in. According to GOOD, if we follow current global eating trends that feature increasingly more animal foods, we might not actually be able to meet demand in the next decades. The best solution to this problem is to simply eat less animal products. Many writers and activists know this is the case- but can we make it happen?
