Does anything sound more blissful than heading into the mystic? There is now the chance to spend some time getting into the mystic this summer with a special new offering from Squam Art Workshops.

Blessed. Sacred. This moment here. A true full week of holiday that is both nurturing and life-changing.

Squam Art Workshops: Find Your Self at Into the Mystic

find your creative self

A very dear friend of mine is one of the four teachers at this in New Hampshire retreat, offering her unique perspective on creativity, spirituality and yoga, and there are four other teachers of whom she has developed a deep friendship and workshop style. This special summertime workshop is the first of its kind for Squam, and will be just a small group of 24. This unique workshop will give attendees a chance to focus in on their true selves through writing, art journaling, intuitive handwork and yoga.

The theme of the Into the Mystic retreat sounds nothing short of amazing:

We will be diving deep into our creativity and surfacing with a shining confidence in our voice, our purpose, our source of pleasure and our ability to carve a sweet path through the challenges of life.

As a unique summertime offering, there will be a chance to play in nature, hike, swim and enjoy the late Eastern summer, in addition to the yoga and creative, healing work on each day. In seven days the teachers hope that you will be able to find the space, support and inspiration to clarify where you are, where you’ve been and how you want things to feel as you move into the next phase of your life.
