catching up with the vegan mofo!

The Vegan Month of Food is in full swing! MoFo is a month-long blogging challenge that brings together bloggers from across the world to share vegan recipes and anything else. Eat, Drink, Better has been working it, and I have been keeping up the one post per day requirement quite well on my other site, Manis Kitchenworks. The theme this year is the best recipes from two years of community cooking classes– with a few bonus recipe tossed in. Here are some of the recipes that have been featured- the list includes soups, salads, entrees, and a few desserts too! Enjoy the vegan goodness!
