This huge pile of vegan recipes are all original recipes created by me, chef and educator Andrea Bertoli. These recipes are great if you are starting or continuing on your plant-based food journey.
Over the past decade I’ve written a cookbook, taught hundreds of live cooking classes, made dozens of cooking videos, and read zillions of vegan cookbooks, giving me lots of experience to create recipes that are simple and delicious. I’ve been an ethical vegetarian for almost 30 years and while I have occasionally used eggs or dairy in my recipes, nearly all of my recipes are vegan (and that’s mostly how I eat on the daily, too). Many are gluten-free, raw, grain-free, soy-free, and suitable for special diets.
Every recipe here has been lovingly homemade in my own kitchen, so you can trust that the ingredients and instructions will create an awesome meal. Each recipe consists of easy-to-read instructions, (usually) great photos, and ‘kitchen notes’ that will be helpful for selecting the right ingredients or choosing substitutions.
